The new, modern and clean hotel had excellent facilities including a nice swimming pool, big hamam, and sauna. The staff, especially Gonca at the reception, were helpful and spoke English fluently. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the hotel was conveniently located near major shopping malls.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the indoor swimming pool and spa & wellness centre were top-notch. the room had modern and luxurious facilities. the staff provided excellent service, always helpful and attentive. the bar and restaurant had diverse and delicious options. the private facilities were exclusive and well-maintained.
One minor issue was the location, which wasn't optimal but adequate for the amount paid. this was not the hotel's fault and was outweighed by the benefits of staying at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely caring and all spoke English. We were particularly impressed with Gonca at the reception, who was helpful. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice swimming pool, big hamam, and sauna. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and our room was modern and clean with all the required amenities. The breakfast had a decent selection and offered plenty of choices for us. the hotel was conveniently located near major shopping malls and it was easy to get around the city using public transportation or a taxi.
